Many people have asked why they should pay for a bodybuilding e-book when so much information is free on the internet.  That is a great question and one which deserves to be asked!

There are a few reasons why you should consider paying for a bodybuilding e-book if it helps you in the following ways:

  • First, it MUST come with an enforceable guarantee such as one you would see honored by a service like Clickbank.  Many personal trainers do not come with a guarantee as you pay by the hour, so having a guarantee is something worth considering
  • The information on all of the forums and websites, even if well-meaning, can be wrong.  This is not to say that e-books for which you pay are always accurate; but having a guarantee backed by a third-party should reduce that risk
  • It saves you time because you will not have to spend hours trying to consolidate information which works for your specific information
  • It will force you to take the information seriously.  You must remember that most bodybuilding ebook authors have to be good marketers, and they should be studying crowd psychology as much as health and fitness.  One of the reasons why bodybuilding ebook authors can justify their prices is that many people get “paralysis by analysis” when it comes to gathering bodybuilding-related information; and many people could disregard quality information that they find for free.  Paying for legitimate, guarantee-backed information will help a reader take action because he/she has a financial investment in the outcome.  For many people, having a financial investment in something is the ONLY way in which they will be motivated to take action

    If your weight training you want to make sure your taking in that protein! protein helps build the muscle you just worked out so it’ll definitely help you get that flat stomach but only take it if your working out and weight training since your only 113 lbs you probably only need like 90 grams of it, ask a nutritionist or look online theres a lot of calculaters that help you figure out the amount of protein grams you need based on your weight
