  1. You make some interesting points…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months and finally have six pack abs. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on solid muscle?

  3. all you are going to do is waste time and money and probably end up with an upset stomach , you cant start intense bodybuilding based on the fact you are stuffin yourself full of powders etc . cut out fat , drink semi skimmed milk , drink plenty of water, dont drink or smoke or stay up late and take it slowly . you will just crash and burn my friend – big muscles are the product of hard work and that way they stay on you, if you resort to too many supplements you will waste cash – get a good quality protein powder and dont ever take steroids or you will just become another dickhead in the gym that annoys real natural bodybuilders .
